A Better Connection is an independent ticket agency, and is not affiliated with ticketmaster, promoter, or venue. We specialize in hard-to-get- tickets to sold out events. Prices are based on obtaining costs. Please make sure the event, date, and seat locations are correct. Any problems must be reported within 24 hours after receipt. Claims made after that period will be considered invalid. All sales are final.. There are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or rained out, tickets will be refunded at face amount only, or an in-store-credit for the full amount will be issued. We must receive the tickets within 30 days of the cancelled event. Sorry, we cannot refund any service charges, or charges for shipping.
Once the purchaser is admitted to the event facility, no responsibility is accepted by A Better Connection, or agents in respect to relocation of seats by the event promoter, security, camera crews, or other agents of the venue.
Tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or damaged, so please avoid exposing them to sunlight, heat, cold, liquids, or any other damaging agent.
Tickets can only be shipped to the billing address that is on file with your credit card company. This billing address will be verified with your credit card company, so you must use the exact address that your billing statements are sent to, or your order will be rejected at checkout. No international orders are accepted.
If you need special delivery for your tickets, or you are ordering for the first time, and your order is over $500, then you will need to fax a credit card authorization form, a photo copy of your credit card front and back and a photo copy of your driver's license. All copies must be legible. |
